The grant recipient must agree to maintain accurate records of all expenditures made under the grant, including copies of purchase receipts, and to retain such records for four (4) years following receipt of the grant. Grant recipient must agree to provide Aquent access to such records upon request.

Grants shall be awarded in compliance with applicable laws, and Aquent reserves the right not to grant awards if in its sole discretion Aquent believes that the grant violates applicable law, or that the applications do not meet the requirements for award.

Aquent reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Designing for Good program in the event that it cannot be administered as planned due to technical failures or other causes beyond the control of Aquent.
