Helen empowers businesses and organizations to grow and scale by helping them collect and use insights gained from their customers and partners to deliver better services more effectively. She is particularly passionate about finding ways to have greater impact through building stronger communities using face-to-face interactions that complement online social media strategies. The methods and tools she uses and teaches draw on her design research, financial and business customer expertise gained through more than 20+ years of experience working with Fortune 500 clients like Capital One, Facebook, and Wells Fargo, nonprofits, small businesses, and her Master’s degree in Information Management from UC Berkeley’s School of Information (the “I-school”) and other extensive training.
